  • Numer: 35 standard, 30 standard electric:
  • Facilities: Flush toilets, showers, fire rings, picnic tables, playground, laundry facilities, dump station, nature center, indoor pool, boat dock, stables, volleyball court, basketball court.
  • Campsite fee: $22/night for non-electric; $25/night for electric (used by vehicle campers).
  • Campsite reservations: 20 standard campsites blocked for “Lord Fairfax Ride” until July 31, 2018.
    • Four (4) standard campsites for Lord Fairfax, Lady Cecil, Vic Emery and Nicholai Kolesnikov have been reserved. All other participants must make their own reservations.
    • For reservation call 1.304.259.5216. In making reservation, mention that it’s associated with “Lord Fairfax Ride.”
    • Cancellations must be made prior to one (1) week of date of reservation.


  • Cabins range from more rustic (meaning no phone and TV, log fireplace) to deluxe (TV, Wi-Fi, dishwashers, gas log fireplaces, etc.).
  • Rates: 4-bedroom classic cabin – $229 per night + 12% tax; 4-bedroom deluxe cabin: $334 per night + 12% tax.
  • LFCR does not plan to request any blocked rooms or make reservations.

  • Cancellations must be done one (1) month prior to reservation date.


  • Lodge has 54 rooms and a full service restaurant.
  • Rate: $114 per night + 12%. LFCR. Twenty (20) rooms are blocked to July 31, 2018. Participants make their own reservations.
